Tattersall’s Landscape Art Prize
Medium / category: Landscape art in all mediums (2D and 3D)
Requirements: Entries must be original artworks completed within three years of the closing date (March 2026). The competition is open to all forms of 2D and 3D artwork including, but not limited to, all paint mediums, drawings, digital works, works on paper, sculpture and installation. Giclee reproductions and artworks entirely generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) are excluded. Landscape is defined as an area of natural scenery, extended to include urban-scapes, cityscapes, seascapes and interiors. The prize invites traditional, innovative and unconventional interpretations of Australian landscape. Figures in the landscape are welcomed. 2D works must not exceed 183cm in height or 250cm in width (not including frame). 3D works must not exceed 183cm in height, width or depth. Multi-panel pieces are accepted as one work but must not exceed 250cm in total width.
Eligibility: The Prize is open to all artists. Limit of 3 entries per artist.

The Tattersall’s Landscape Art Prize celebrates Australia’s diverse landscapes through both traditional and contemporary artistic interpretations. From natural vistas to urban environments, the prize embraces a broad definition of landscape, inviting artists to explore their unique perspectives on place, environment and connection to country. This prestigious award provides artists with significant recognition and the opportunity to showcase their work across three prominent Brisbane venues.
