Alcaston Gallery presents Paintamilaṉi Tjungungku / Painting Together, a significant collaborative exhibition by Alec Baker and Eric Barney at the Alcaston Gallery Exhibition Space from 11 March – 11 April 2026.

Senior lawman and esteemed artist Alec Baker and mid-career artist Eric Barney are a collaborative duo, who have been painting together since 2017. Both working out of Iwantja Arts and each a recognised artist of their own merit, Baker and Barney’s long-standing and highly celebrated collaborative practice has firm foundations in intergenerational knowledge-sharing, cultural continuity and community. Their works are grand in scale and topographic in nature, mapping in exuberant colour and minimalist design the contours of their Country and Aṉangu culture.
