Roslyn Oxley9 Gallery presents a solo exhibition of new works by Angela Brennan. Born in Ballarat, Australia in 1960, Brennen studied Fine Art at RMIT University between 1979 and 1981. In 1992 she received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, majoring in Philosophy.
Brennan’s practice incorporates a range of media including painting, drawing and ceramics. She incorporates both abstraction and figuration in her work, and has a varied approach to subject matter, informed by classical and contemporary sources.
