Jhana Millers will present SWITCH, a two-person exhibition of new work by Caitlin Devoy and Robbie Handcock.
SWITCH plays on tropes of sexual behaviour. Light switches, house plants, coffee filters, recorders, stools and plinths are constructed, cast, copied and modified to offer an alternative sexuality.
What does sexuality look like outside of its more salacious settings? How does it operate in a domestic setting, in your lounge with your partner, or amongst friends?
Caitlin and Robbie both hold a Masters in Fine Arts from Massey University School of Art, Wellington, NZ.
