GALLERYSMITH’s Project Space presents Surface Phenomena, featuring work by Christian Flynn.
In this exhibition, what we experience as reality and what we perceive as individual conscious entities take their structure and echo a fundamental order. This order is indifferent and energetic; free of intent. It is complex, and often mistaken as chaotic. The multi-faceted subject that these paintings touch upon are often referred to as fringe, paranormal or super-normal and persist as a reminder that our perception and knowledge is limited.
Exhibition opens: 2–4pm Saturday 14 March 2020
