Alcaston Gallery presents emerging Pintupi artist Clara Napurrula‘s debut solo exhibition, presented at the Alcaston Gallery Viewing Rooms from 24 June – 17 July 2026.
With a precise and elegant practice and a refined palette of subtle tonal shifts, Clara Napurrula paints the designs and ancestral stories associated with her Country in Walungurru (Kintore) in the far west of the Northern Territory. As a second-generation Pintupi artist, Clara Napurrula’s practice serves as an important continuation of the women’s Western Desert art movement.
