“Inhabiting Change is an exploration of the nature of impermanence, inviting us to see the present not as a static destination, but as the dynamic space between what was and what will be.

My artistic process is an exploration into this continuous process of becoming. I begin with the unpredictable nature of hand printing, embracing the unexpected marks and reduced control to create the initial imagery. The composition of these initial works is based on the landscape of Southern NSW, reflecting my memory and ongoing relationship with this environment.

The final artworks are then built through configuration: I tear, combine, and sew these images to produce the work. These artworks move beyond representation evoking a feeling of abstracted familiarity.”
