This is the next iteration of Void_Melbourne’s critically engaged 2023 exhibition Black. Black.2 brings together ten local and international artists whose practices span from lacquer works to the moving image. Here, the colour black functions as a conceptual force—an idea and material condition—rather than a mere pigment.
