The MAC yapang Art Prize exhibition showcases a selection of finalist works from over 800 submissions across Australia. The total prize pool is $40,000, with the acquisitive prize of $30,000 awarded to one artist, whose work will join the permanent collection of the Museum of Art and Culture, yapang. The exhibition will be judged by Dr Daniel Mudie Cunningham, Director of Wollongong Art Gallery, at the opening on 17 October at MAC yapang in Lake Macquarie, NSW.
