The Mosman Art Prize is an annual, acquisitive award for painting sponsored by Mosman Council. The Prize is the oldest and most prestigious, local government art award in Australia. The winning works form an important collection of modern and contemporary art, reflecting developments in Australia art practice over the last half a century. Previous winners have included Margaret Olley, Lloyd Rees, Elizabeth Cummings, Guan Wei, Michael Zavros and Jumaadi. In 2018, the Prize will be judged by artist and former Prize winner Cressida Campbell.
