Alcaston Gallery presents new paintings by Betty Muffler and Maringka Burton, joining the two spiritually and artistically connected artists in an exhibition of new works.

This exhibition juxtaposes the sublime paintings of the two senior Anangu women, as they each incorporate their innate spiritual knowledge as Ngangkari, traditional Anangu healers to depict their beloved Country in South Australia. The exhibition includes individual works by each artist highlighting their personal strength and artistic sensibilities and  collaborations continuing the distinctive visual aesthetic that resonates with the evolving power of the Ngangkari traditions.
