There is something powerful about artistic kinship and the enduring impact of collaboration over and between generations.
Lineage, a visual continuum invites us to explore the diversity and interconnectedness of these artists, revealing a shared journey of creativity and mutual influence. This exhibition celebrates the strength, and evolution of friendships grown in tandem with a life dedicated entirely to art. These artists are all, in one way or another, connected to each other. As well as friends, they are colleagues and significant artists at the peak of their individual careers. They have collectively contributed decades of creative exploration and learning to the history of Australian Art.
