Wynne finalist 2022, Gemma Rasdall paints the most beautiful whimsical paintings directly onto boat sailcloth.

Living on a boat, painting in her studio on Scotland Island, the place and its people – a quirky and multifarious community – warm her soul and flood her creative practice with colour and movement. The artworks Rasdall creates are a collection of moments captured around the island and its surrounding bays. All an ode to the place Rasdall calls home.
