Interconnected features the work of some of Australia’s best representational artists working across styles, genres and mediums, including a number of artists who have won prestigious prizes in Australia including the Archibald Prize. Each artist has pondered what it means to be interconnected during this time of global instability. The last few years of unprecedented upheaval, both locally and nationally, have shown just how interconnected we are as a species – no matter our geographical location, society, ethnicity, or religion. With over 70 artists, each working in their own unique style, the exhibition encompasses a stunning diversity in personal expression imbued with a hopeful cry for change.
