MARS is delighted to present new and intriguing work by master contemporary sculptor, Jud Wimhurst from 10th October to 2nd November.
Born from a sketch made over 8 years ago, which Jud then transfixed into 3D renders, these long-awaited works have been brought to life through technically challenging craftsmanship by the artist.

THE GRUDGE, THE MISFIT, THE RESOLUTION, push the boundaries and conceptions of contemporary sculpture. These sculptures require all the skills Jud has accumulated over the years – metalwork, woodwork, mould making, polyurethane resin casting and additive hand modelling/building.

Jud has exhibited extensively across Australia with his contemporary sculptural works that intrigue and invite the viewer into a world of his making.
