Mary Napangati is the wife of the great Pintupi artist Ronnie Tjampitjinpa, and when he retired from painting in 2018 she began painting much more regularly. This will be Mary Napangati’s first solo exhibition with Utopia Art Sydney.
Napangati’s paintings are closely linked to her country, depicting designs associated with the rockhole site of Tjutalpi, east of the Kiwirrkura community in Western Australia.
Opening Event: Saturday 6 May, from 3pm.
