Warm. Napping. Where am I? Waking⁠
Fears allayed⁠
The crisp tear of cotton⁠
Rising from a summer afternoon nap with that same, undulating visual image of three letters linking – UVW⁠
The sheer joy of our garden⁠
Fears confirmed. My loved one’s health declines⁠
The car acquires a memory – this route between home and hospital⁠
And one simply paints, and paints simply⁠
A life buoy on a beautiful, untrustworthy ocean⁠
‘All that is not ladder falls away’
