Located on Turrbal Country, Pine Rivers Art Gallery is an intimate contemporary space presenting new and diverse perspectives from emerging to mid-career artists. Only 30 minutes drive from Brisbane CBD and a 5-minute walk from the Strathpine Train Station, the gallery program blends local and national artists through collaborative projects and inspiring exhibitions.

The gallery is an incubator space for developing and sharing ideas through an everchanging exhibition program that presents experimental and contemporary works by artists from the region and beyond. A commitment to representing and celebrating the region’s artists is realised through the annual Moreton Bay Region Art Prize, which provides opportunities for entrants to strengthen their skills and develop their networks.

Visitors of all ages can extend their exhibition experience in our dedicated workshop space. Throughout the year, a diverse range of events and activities are presented, from hands on artist-led workshops to family-friendly school holiday programs. Delve deeper with an impromptu or booked tour with one of the friendly gallery team to take you through the making and meaning of an exhibition. Pine Rivers Art Gallery hosts a small shop with a focus on creative publications where you can find the perfect gift to inspire yourself or a loved one.

Visit the website to discover the latest exhibitions, events and programs happening at the gallery and to plan your next visit. Pine Rivers Art Gallery is free to visit and offers easy access for people with mobility constraints and accessible free parking is just metres from the main entrance.
