Firmament is an immersive installation by Melbourne- based artist Aaron Christopher Rees featuring several single channel film projections, a gallery bathed in red light, and a suite of darkroom hand prints. A meditation on Landscape, the installation seeks to cause a fracture in time, compelling the viewer to reorient themselves in relationship with the video projections, featuring a compelling, crashing horizon line.
