GAGPROJECTS presents work by Matthew Thorne.

The exhibition comprises of works made for two series: The Sand That Ate The Sea was photographed over an extended stay with a remote opal mining community in the desert town of Andamooka, traditional lands of the Kuyani and Kokatha people. Marungka Tjalatjunu chronicles Yankunytjatjara man Derik Lynch‘s road trip back to Country for spiritual healing as memories from his childhood return.
