9×5 Landscape Prize

The 9×5 Landscape Prize draws its inspiration from the small works by Australian Impressionists such as Arthur Streeton, Tom Roberts, Charles Conder and Frederick McCubbin.
The Prize was founded in 2016 and is open to all artists 16 years and over. Entries open in August each year.
Submitted artworks may be paintings in any medium, including oil, acrylic or watercolour. The theme is open. Works must be painted on the 9” x 5” plywood boards supplied by Waverley Woollahra art school. No other material will be accepted.
The Judges will select the finalists for the exhibition from digital images of each artwork entered. All finalists are then exhibited at Waverley Woollahra art school for the final judging process.
Categories
The Awards include the $1500 first prize, the $750 second prize and the $200 highly commended award.
