Michael Crouch
Today on At Home With Your Collection we’re in the sunshine state with Brisbane collector Michael Crouch.
Ben Quilty’s After Fiji No.1 and a small work from Melinda Harper. Quilty is represented by Jan Murphy Gallery in Brisbane and Tolarno Galleries in Melbourne. Harper is represented by Olsen Gallery in Sydney.
From left: A work by David Larwill titled Deheading the Aggies, a painting “by the extraordinarily talented Ken Sisters from the APY Community”, and an etching by Ben Quilty titled Last Supper, finished “with a hand-crafted gilt frame by Ben.”
In the stairwell, “a very special work by Sylvia Ken from the APY Community,” says Crouch. Ken works out of Tjala Arts and this work was purchased through Brisbane’s Jan Murphy Gallery.
